Our fruit is sourced from top Oregon vineyards in the Willamette and Rogue Valley regions. Each wine is created from a single Oregon vineyard allowing the true expression of the vineyards terroir. The fruit is processed at a state of the art facility in Dundee, OR. Using minimalistic winemaking practices the winemaker oversees the wines from start to finish. The goal is to produce wines that express the true essence of each varietal and the terroir of their vineyard. So grab a bottle of our specialty wine and indulge in a taste of Oregon.

Gilt Pinot Gris

2009 GILT Pinot Gris

Wine and Gilt are forms of art that numerous cultures have produced for millennia. Like guilding, the wine making process applied in producing this Pinot Gris was used to produce a more ornate, golden and complex art piece.

Gilt is a soft, full bodied wine with bright acidity. The 2009 Gilt is similar to that of the 2008 in which we find Sweet Honey, Grapefruit, and Mineral notes. Extremely drinkable alone or paired with food. So relax and enjoy one of civilizations “Gilty” pleasures.

One Toe Duck Pinot Noir

2008 Amphorae Cabernet Sauvignon

Amphorae were used for thousands of years to store and transport wine. Studying and tracking these clay vessels has allowed us to gain knowledge about early winemaking cultures. Over time Cabernet Sauvignon has become a staple in most wine regions. With this wine we hope to transport the drinker to the Rogue region to enjoy a new experience of this varietal. Enjoy the journey.

Aromas of berry, chocolate and earth accompany flavors of plum, blackberry, spice, toast and a thick body with soft tannins.

One Toe Duck Pinot Noir

2008 Terebinth Cabernet Franc

Terebinth trees were revered by ancient cultures as places of solitude and reflection. They also served utilitarian roles in ancient society, including the use of Terebinth resin to preserve wine. Like the early winemakers, by producing a 100% Cab Franc we are preserving the varietal essence in this wine.

The wine has aromas of sweet spice, anise, and roasted coffee. Flavors of cassis, pomegranate, and plum are accompanied by spice, leather, and a thick body with soft tannins. We have created a wine that can stand alone and will pass the test of time.

One Toe Duck Pinot Noir

2009 One Toe Duck Pinot Noir

Like a good glass of Pinot Noir our planet and its creatures are in balance. This wine and its name find inspiration from a Mallard duck struck by a car; who recovered to thrive with an obvious scar and namesake. This wine is well balanced with a Cool, Silky mouth feel that leads to a Tannic finish. Aromas of Dried Fruit and Sweet Spice and flavors Toasted Hazelnut and Bright Fruits. We have created a wine that is well balanced and true to our friend.
